This isn't strict legalese because I'm not a lawyer, but this is the terms of service for PacdudeGames.com. Please, read this over carefully because they describe your rights and responsibilities on this website. It's like walking into a store, or a museum: gotta play by my rules. Don't like it? Peace out.
PacdudeGames.com is offered and made available only to those users who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. We do this because there sometimes are naughty words or other things that may pop up and can offend younger people. If you're not 13, or for any reason do not or cannot agree with all of these terms and conditions, please discontinue using PacdudeGames.com because by using or attempting to use PacdudeGames.com, you are certifying that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to all the terms and conditions set forth.
The terms and conditions regarding your use of PacdudeGames.com constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cory Anotado, the owner and operator of Pacdude Games. In this agreement, we're going to use the word "Site" to mean PacdudeGames.com and all the games, webpages, and other materials within the site, as well as any equivalent, mirror, substitute or backup websites associated with the Site. By using the Site, you understand and agree that you will abide by these terms and any additional terms that govern certain services, including rules for certain activities like contests and sweepstakes and the like.
When we say "use the Site," we mean when any individual (a "user"), directly or indirectly, with or without the aid of a machine or device, does or tries to access, interact with use, display, view, print or copy from the Site, transmit, receive or exchange data or communicate with the Site or in any way utilizes, benefits, takes advantage of or interacts with any function, service or feature of the Site, for any purpose whatsoever.
Section 1
We might change this Agreement from time to time. If or when we do that, we'll post a notice on the front page, with a link to this page. The changes will take effect immediately, and if you use the Site after we make those changes, then you're agreeing to be bound to the changes. You should check this page on a somewhat-frequent basis, just to be up to date.
Section 2
All the games on this website were programmed by Cory Anotado. Some of these games are fan versions of popular TV game shows, or have parts of popular TV game shows in them. By using the Site, you are acknowledging that you are aware that any game on this website that is also a television game show is a fan-produced version of the show, it is not an official version of the show, and that whatever company owns the original rights to that show still do. You are aware that no harm is intended and if at all possible, should check out the official versions of the shows if they're available. You agree to not cease and desist the Site without having a civil conversation with Cory Anotado, preferably over e-mail, and preferably with someone in your company with some sense, and not a low-level attorney (because that's insulting; and so is C&Ding my games and replacing them with tripe). Other than that, the games are created by Cory Anotado and those games, as well as the rest of the content of this site, are owned by Cory Anotado and are not available for use on any other website, unless otherwise specified. Please don't take my stuff without asking or else I'm going to talk to your ISP provider, and that generally is bad news.

Every so often, the Site will link to external websites. They'll open in new windows, and that's your cue to understand that you've left the Site. By clicking on those hyperlinks, you are acknowledging that whatever's on those website isn't endorsed by the Site. Once you click on a link, whatever's on the other side of that link isn't our responsibility: it's the site's owners, and yours.

This site, and all materials, products and postings are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, or any guarantee or assurance that the Site will be available for use, or that all products, features, functions or operations will be available or perform as described. We're not responsible if your computer crashes, or your house blows up, or any malicious code, delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions arising from the use of the Site. By visiting the Site, you're accepting all risk from using this Site. If something screws up, we're saying this now: It's not our fault, and we're not taking any of the blame for it. You're on your own. If something does happen, whatever the Site does is at our discretion.
